What Data I Process

Why I Process Data

I process personal data for the following purposes:

Replying to a Message or Enquiry

If you send me a message or enquiry about a knife through the website, I will use your data only to reply to you and, if needed, agree on the next steps.
The legal basis is taking steps before a possible order or my legitimate interest in handling your message.

Notifications About New Knives

If you enter your e-mail because you want to know about newly available knives, I will use it to send you a message when a new piece or small series becomes available.
The legal basis is your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How Long I Keep the Data

I keep data from enquiries for as long as necessary to handle the communication and any related follow-up.
I keep the e-mail address used for notifications about new knives until you unsubscribe, or until this purpose is discontinued.
After you unsubscribe, I may keep a basic record of the unsubscribe request so that I do not accidentally send you further messages.

Who I Share the Data With

I do not share personal data with any business partners for their own marketing purposes.
The data may be technically processed by services I use to operate the website, hosting or e-mail. Always only to the necessary extent.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website may use technical cookies or similar browser storage if needed for the basic functioning of the website.
I do not use advertising cookies or tracking marketing pixels.
If I later add analytics or other visitor measurement to the website, this page will be updated.
