Experimental knife with a honeycomb cast into the handle.

The blade is made from 80CrV2 steel. This steel is very tough and holds an edge extremely well, but it is not stainless. After use, the knife should be wiped dry and occasionally treated with oil.

Irregularities in the handle and traces of forging are a natural part of handmade work and working with organic material.
